What to Drink With Your Steak?

For a fattier, charred cut of beef (like a rib-eye) go for a tannin wine like a young Cabernet or Shiraz, a hearty Merlot or a Malbec. If you prefer heavier, go for a Bordeaux. Some argue the best wine for a steak is a Chianti classico so pick up a Sangiovese region wine.
